To provide access to a variety of informational resources to support the curriculum, foster a love for reading, and ensure the school community is effective users of information for learning and for leisure.

LDCSB School Library Goals

  • Educate students on the functionality, organization and purpose of libraries so that they can be library users for life
  • Demonstrate how to research with purpose and process
  • Promote and foster a love for reading for pleasure and learning
  • Develop library collections that encompass a variety of formats to support Catholic Graduate Expectations
  • Facilitate the use of technology for learning, research and communication​

Notre Dame's Scholastic Virtual Book Fair

Book Fair

Notre Dame's Scholastic Virtual Book Fair starts this Monday, February 8 and continues until Monday, February 22. We can't do in-person shopping this year, but we will have TWO WEEKS to shop online! Books you order online will be shipped from Scholastic to your address.

There will be FREE SHIPPING on any orders placed on the two Family Nights (Yes TWO!).

On February 10 and February 17 all orders placed between 6 and 8 pm, will be shipped free to your address.
